Rod Kleif
Rod Khleif is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, multiple business owner, author, mentor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. As one of the country’s top real estate investors, Rod has personally owned and managed over 2,000 homes and apartments. Rod is Host of the Top-Ranked iTunes Real Estate Podcast which has been downloaded more than 4,500,000 times – “The Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast.” Rod is the author of “How to Create Lifetime Cash Flow Through Multifamily Properties” considered to be an essential “textbook” for aspiring multifamily investors. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. As a community philanthropist, Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 60,000 community children and families in need. Rod has combined his passion for real estate investing and business development coaching with his personal philosophy of goal setting, envisioning, and manifesting success to become one of America’s top real estate investment and business development trainers. 
Paul Peebles
Paul Peebles is the founder of Old Capital Lending, and has been arranging real estate financing for borrowers and institutional clients since 1987. Mr. Peebles, has underwritten and structured all transactions handled by Old Capital through an array of sources including conduits, banks, life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private money lenders. His knowledge of the capital markets and his long term and deep relationships with the decision makers at the various capital sources is a competitive advantage for the client. He has closed over a $1 billion in real estate transactions. Mr. Peebles is a "deal maker."
Prior to Old Capital, Mr. Peebles was affiliated with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, World Savings Bank and ITT Commercial Real Estate. He is a graduate of University of Iowa. He is originally from Western Springs, Illinois. He is married and has one daughter.
Gene Trowbridge
Gene Trowbridge ESQ CCIM is an experienced participant in the commercial and investment real estate market and the author of the very popular syndication book, It's a Whole New Business. As a syndicator, he sponsored 16 funds concentrating in building and managing self- storage facilities, while raising money though the SEC brokerage network. He has been a Senior Instructor for CCIM courses for 40 years teaching courses primarily concentrating on investment analysis and decision-making skills. At 45 he went to law school and now is the managing partner of Trowbridge Sidoti LLP, a law firm concentrating on syndication and crowdfunding. He and his law partner, Jillian Sidoti, represent over 325 clients and have authored securities offering documents for over $1.5 billion dollars of equity raised since 2014 in a variety of asset classes, with an emphasis on real estate. 
Neal Bawa
Neal Bawa is CEO / Founder at Grocapitus, a commercial real estate investment company. Neal sources, negotiates and acquires Commercial properties across the U.S., for 200+ investors. Neal's current portfolio is over 1000 units, and projected to be at 2000 in 12 months. Neal also serves as CEO at MultifamilyU, an apartment investing education company. He speaks at events & meetups across the country. Nearly 2,000 students attend his multifamily seminar series each year and hundreds attend his Magic of Multifamily boot camps. Neal is the co-founder of the largest Multifamily Investing Meetup network in the U.S. (BAMF), a group of investors that has over 3000 members.Neal is an accomplished single family and multifamily investor. Currently owns single families, duplexes, tri-plexes and quad-plexes in CA and IL. Active and passive investor in multifamily and commercial syndication's in TX, NC, KS, OH, NV, UT, FL and IL. Taught Fundamentals of Multifamily investing, Real Estate trends and deal analysis to 1000+ students, including investors from three different IRA companies. Raised tens of millions of dollars to buy 200+ unit students housing and multifamily projects.
